"This is a good stepping stone, but don't make the mistake I did and see this as the company you will retire from. If you do, you will retire broke."

What don't you like about working at Gunther International?

"The relationship with the customer was somewhat abusive. Sometimes, the customer displayed that they had power over us and knew it and would play silly games to threaten your job just to get their way. In two words: workplace bullying."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop being so submissive to the customer. You have something of great value to them and you need to own it and make them recognize it. Support the team that earn your place."

"Would not recomend anyone interview with them."
