"Providing a service and making customers satisfied was the best thing. I love to hear the joy of a happy customer when things are resolved and the overall great experience they had during their stay, and the compliment of a fine job I did to help keep the customer happy is always the best. The down side really is not having enough resources to have on hand to help a dissatisfied customer."
