"Guess has a great interviewing process. So, no."

What don't you like about working at GUESS?

"District Manager was not as together as other district managers and upper management. There was no professionalism on her part. It was an open door policy if you had an issue with someone that couldn't be handled in store, and if you told her anything, the whole district would find out. Just not very professional on her part. She lacked people skills and tried to be everyones friend rather than being a manager!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Just be more professional and keep confidentiality as a priority. Be more tactful in approaching certain situations."
