What don't you like about working at Guardian Industries?

"Senior management at this location was intrusive and tended to micromanage. Engineering Dept. personnel were used more as an technicians than engineers with engineering review handed to production managers with no technical expertise. Pay was very low compared to other opportunities."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Remember that the collaborative job performance meetings were to promote constructive comments and not a personal gripe session."
