"I worked as an intern at this company for 7 months. This is a small company with less resources. It may be improved over period of time. But, when I started the organizational structure is not defined properly. Employees were not used properly. Even the job that is assigned was not perfect. As in the resources were not enough to get the job done in minimal time."
