"Quiet and stable working environment with overtime pay and food."

What don't you like about working at GTE Corp.?

"That company was highly discriminating to females. One engineer was asked by the manager after interviewing a female job seeker if she could do the job. He replied, yes. Then the manager said, but she is a woman. While the interviewer was stunned, the manager continued, you know, women could be opinionated and noisy sometimes."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Please wake up from Jurassic period. Just because this is a defense company does not mean you do everything in a closed box fashion."
