"The team approach to achieving the company goals leads to all team members working together to solve problems, come up with new ideas. Great interaction between all levels of the company."

"You must continue to push for what is the correct thing to do versus just putting to product out the door. There is an issue with the comapny's management being able to walk to talk. I enjoyed working there until production began running the operation and safety, quality, customers requirements went to wayside and it was more important to put product out the door and not be transparent with the customer and be up front and honest so that the two could work together and still supply the product needed on time and within the requirements agreed to by both parties. Management needs to make decisions and stick with them and listen to their employees, not just speak and move on. The hourly associates are the backbone of the company, they can make you or break you."

"I worked with Grupo-Antilin for only a short time, due to complications with the re-location to the Birmingham, AL area. They are an international supplier to the automotive industry. Locally the plant I was in employed around 300 people. The company is in the midst of a turnaround and is making a very rapid recovery. The staff and people are committed and are developing more robust systems and processes."
