"I worked at Grupo Antolin for almost 4 years. I was able to learn on the job many of my current skills. They offered training offsite as well as some onsite training. The atmosphere was friendly and the people I worked with directly were great. I personally never had a problem and would work there again given the chance."

"You must continue to push for what is the correct thing to do versus just putting to product out the door. There is an issue with the comapny's management being able to walk to talk. I enjoyed working there until production began running the operation and safety, quality, customers requirements went to wayside and it was more important to put product out the door and not be transparent with the customer and be up front and honest so that the two could work together and still supply the product needed on time and within the requirements agreed to by both parties. Management needs to make decisions and stick with them and listen to their employees, not just speak and move on. The hourly associates are the backbone of the company, they can make you or break you."

Locally the plant I was in employed around 300 people. The company is in the midst of a turnaround and is making a very rapid recovery. The staff and people are committed and are developing more robust systems and processes."

"Don't bother, don't waste your time and I am deadly serious."

What don't you like about working at Grupo Antolin?

"Extreme low pay. Turnover is close to 100%. Your immediate supervisor may or may not have any idea of what they are doing. Supervision is done with severe micro management. This company hemorrhages money from lack of skilled workers and maintenance people. The equipment needs millions of dollars poured into it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay more. Don't hire anyone and everyone that applies. Don't micromanage so much and treat your employees with respect and you may not have 90% turn over in a year."
