"Start listening to the common workers and keep an open mind for employee's that have been dedicated and worked there for years and showed complete loyalty. If a new manager is appointed and they for some reason do not like you, due to personality which has nothing to do with your job performance then they will invent write ups and find a way to get rid of you. Including laying you off and making you post for your own job again then not selecting you."
