"I like the flexible hours if needed, people I deal with on a daily basis for the most part, and the physical endurance on a daily basis. What I don't like that could fill a book to be honest."
"The job becomes a routine once you know what to do. It becomes enjoyable and easy to do. The problem isn't the job, it's the managers that abuse their authority and harass employees."
"Being a part time employee certainly has its drawbacks but I truly enjoy working with people as well as the quality and experience of the management."
"I like my job, but the pay is not worth what I am responsible for. Once you get to management, the salary becomes very comfortable to work with. The salary is around $40,000/yr for assistant department managers. The problem is the gap between hourly positions to salaried positioned is a hard gap to jump."
