"I hate the down time it makes me fall asleep, I love when it picks up, it makes the job go faster. I'm not a greeter all the time, most of time. I work in the snack bar or clean theaters, so I do a little bit of everything."
What do you like about working at Buffalo Wild Wings?
"I like meeting new people, and the chance of excelling as a bartender. I like my co-workers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would say, for everyone else's sake, be a hard, honest worker."
What don't you like about working at Buffalo Wild Wings?
"The opportunities seem slimmer every day, I feel taken advantage of."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would make a lot of adjustment with seating and the amount of waitresses. I would also find things that would make it easier on the waitresses, because angry frustrated workers seem to rebel more than work."
