"I have worked for Great Wolf Lodge for over 6 months now, and they are great at treating their employees the way they would like to be treated. There is some room for advancement. They also have a program called emerging wolves program that trains selected employees to become better at what they do and to help them become supervisors or directors of their department."

They are still learning the complexity and level of planning to create an environment that would be more successful in taking their web process to the next level. There are communication difficulties between departments and some animosity between designers and developers that had not been adequately address by management."
