"Training in process is flawed. Manager passes the buck by providing a list of to-dos with virtually no guidance. Sends new hires to shadow employees who really do not do their jobs. Then, reviews of negatives that are embellished are submitted and without proper investigation, management makes decisions to follow friends. I thought fraternizing within company is prohibited. If one is different and asks too many questions, employees get threatened because they themselves aren't performing 100%. They care about numbers and the bottom line. Their values are a fallacy."
