"Coworkers were absolutely amazing, I loved going into work every day! Literally the only downside to this job was the online check-in structure, and the fact that they are not open with customers as to how it calculates wait times."
"Terrible owner!! Such an uncomfortable place to work. The owner is so neurotic and controlling that she created her own handbook there you are not allowed to make friends with other co-workers, not allowed to laugh or have convo while working, not allowed to go in the back room for a drink of water. She has never owned a corporate business and she is just making lives a nervous wreck and horrible job place. Do not work there!! Trust me!"
"Training in process is flawed. Manager passes the buck by providing a list of to-dos with virtually no guidance. Sends new hires to shadow employees who really do not do their jobs. Then, reviews of negatives that are embellished are submitted and without proper investigation, management makes decisions to follow friends. I thought fraternizing within company is prohibited. If one is different and asks too many questions, employees get threatened because they themselves aren't performing 100%. They care about numbers and the bottom line. Their values are a fallacy."

"NOTHING, it has been restructured and sucks now, pay is too low! And they cap your pay after a certain amount so you don't even want to to work there past that point."

"DON'T WORK THERE!! There are so many other great places to work, Sports Clips is awesome, I have a friend who loves it there!"

"The GM, the Manager, the bad schedule! They are strictly numbers driven, sell retail no matter what or you are written up and reprimanded!"
