"Human Resources had programs in place that required upper management involvement while upper management was the problem."
What do you like about working at Matthews International?
"I worked my backside off and loved every minute of it. Sales and myself, locally in Denver worked close together and were greatly successful."

"Every plant controls their own hiring so it will vary from plant to plant."
What don't you like about working at Matthews International?
"Having knowledge that local management was undermining our success for his own personal gain, Human Resources did way to little to eliminate the problem, resulting in our closure."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Refer to the one liner. This resulted in cover up and escalating a problem that could have been resolved."

"Ten years ago since any contact and the local management at my time of resignation was in transition."
What do you like about working at Container Graphics?
"Being fully qualified to do everything to get the job done, they allowed me the opportunity to do just that."
What don't you like about working at Container Graphics?
"We were working excessive overtime at the beginning of my employment at CGC. When the workload decreased, some employees refused to give up the extra hours and abused overtime which directly effected CGC's bottom line. Management, being aware of the problem, was unable to provide a solution and the Production Manager bailed along with many other key employees about the same time I did."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better communication of expectations from the start and abuses need to be documented."

What do you like about working at Sharp Industries?
"I love working at Sharp for the fact that it is a Chinese owned company. I am of Chinese upbringing and growing up in California, Chinese was not spoken often. It is very nice to walk into an office and learn to really appreciate your background and where I cam from."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Hide tattoos and piercings. This is a very Asian environment and definitely, less is more."
What don't you like about working at Sharp Industries?
"There is not one thing that I don't like about Sharp Industries, Inc."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Relax, really, relax and take it easy. We are here to help you succeed as if you succeed, we succeed. You need to have faith in your workers to push you to excellence and never forget the little people. Rewards will go far and your trust in us is appreciated."
