"More clearly defined supportive roles of ancillary staff. Owner must be able to communicate on a more consistent and dependable bases"

"I like the friendliness of most of my co-workers. I also really like working with very dedicated faculty and staff."

"Be prepared to work hard to establish yourself and fulfill multiple roles."

"I feel like I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing. I feel insecure about my role; I feel like I'm not living up to expectations, and my supervisor wouldn't tell me if I wasn't living up to expectations."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would set up a very distinct structure so that everyone understood their responsibilities completely. I would make sure that the college had a very clear 5-year plan with realistic objectives. I would make sure that the college adhered to the plan."

"The people are friendly, helpful and dedicated to the group. The committees I worked with were forthcoming with the information needed to get the job done and enthusiastic"

"Being a problem-solver is key; the entire group operates on a limited budget."

"Very little was disagreeable, although a larger budget would have been nice."

"The new executive staff has absolutely no idea how to handle development, or employees for that matter."
