"Very low morale. The salary is extremely dissapointing. The people I work for is very rude. No benefits."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If you want to cut corners, don't pick in your workers. To have a meal in your workplace is almpost a givden in the hotel industry. Why you have to charge an optional $28.00 to eat in your hotel. Why you have to pay for your own uniforms. Why theres is no 401 k matched by the company.I work as a IRD server in the graveyard shift. There is no cook for the that shift. I have to prepare the same food I deliver!! I understand the economy is bad but those benefits keep your workers happy and morale high."
