Some sellers make PC or AA by way of an account project, new corporate agreement, or alignment change. They miss goal the following year. They also have 1 or 2 high growth accounts, a ton of bleeders, no real growth plan, and have very little in their pipeline. They set themselves up to fail. Period. Grainger is #1 and outpacing the competition. Great company overall."

"They provide a nice facility with a medical clinic and fitness center. Dress is business casual."

"Make sure you are applying for a position at roughly the level you want to be, because you wont be going anywher for a long long time"

"I have work freedom because there is little oversight. Very few objective standards are communicated. The review process is mystifying and provides little guidance on how I can improve to move forward. It seems like we do annual reviews to make management feel good that they are listening and to limit our merit raises, which are lower than the cost of living...despite the fact I had a high score relative to the team I am on."

"Management here has become quite disconnected with the rank and file. I would more visible."

"Manager was new and they promoted on seniority and not talent or work accomplishments."

"Do not promote based on seniority. Look at your manager's evaluations and history."
