"Sell yourself. It's important to apply for a job with proper credentials, but it's more important that your boss and colleages like you as a person."

"I didn't like the lack of communication between departments and their respective managers."

"I would suggest more meetings between department heads to improve the communication."

"The projects are challenging and my coworkers are very good to work with."

"I wouldn't bother interviewing here unless it is your first job and you are planning to move within five years. It is not worth trying to build a career here."

"It's difficult to pin it down to only a few things. I guess my major concern is the lack of physical resources and the archaic state of the laboratories."

"Try to hear what the employees are telling you and quit trying to hide the facts from everyone with a smokescreen of questionable statistics."
