"I suppose what I don't like is that it is only a part-time job, where a full-time job would be more fruitful in terms of producing more substantial work results."

"Since this is in an academic setting, where our research team is comprised of students and teachers, I would suggest scheduling more times when we could meet together to discuss progress and issues with our work."
