"I worked for this company for over 7 years and initially found it to be very positive however; our main factory went through some major changes in both ownership and managers that ended up causing the company to lose the line. After this loss management at the company became very aggressive and distrusting of the employees. The last three years were very difficult and very poorly organized by management."
