"Smart people, creative and intelligent thinking. Good, moral people starting at the ground level all the way to the CEO."

"Be ready to be an individual contributor. Resources aren't plentiful, so plan on being independent."
What don't you like about working at Govplace?
"The things I've mentioned, no strategic vision, no direction, and management wasn't in touch with their workers. There is no training program in place, and it isn't an area they are willing to invest. The minds, although are intelligent are scatterbrained, and too quick on the trigger when implementing ideas without full thought."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"there wasn't enough strategic thinking. Everything was tactical. Additionally, the top level wasn't in touch with their employees, and expectations. Weren't aware of how much work was on their plate. I would set realistic expectations, and have benchmarks to measure success along the way. The regime there didn't do that."
