"When you are trying to get a huge bid done, or fixing a problem for a customer, they come by and ask how your calls are doing. That is the most important thing to them. I fully understand it, but at the same you have to be mindful of customer satisfaction."

"Ask what can we help with, more, and ask less of how are calls are doing"
