Gourmet Dining Employee

"Gourmet is a good company to work for. However, I have found that there is a lot of disorganization and that new ideas/criticism isn't welcomed. They have great ideas, but I feel that they do not take the time they should to focus on one idea at a time and perfect it. I have also found that some upper management seem to look down on some of their employees and don't treat them with respect. There is also a lot of nepotism."
