"This is the right place to work for technology experts of senior level because you are in charge start to finish: find your projects, negotiate your payment terms (hourly rate, net N days) with the client (Got SOA founders team helps with it), you carve your own time between projects, you can bring new resources to the consortium or to projects on a ad-hoc basis, you get a percentage of every project gross income and you become a partner of the company after only 6 months. Projects can be negotiated using multiple rates for onsite/offsite and other consortium members can be retained or vested into your project. Everyone wins. Repeat business generates residual income for whomever brought this client to work with Got SOA?. On occasion, the company will take some equity participation with some of our startup clients and we share the equity risk among members if approved by the majority."
