"I have only worked for Google for 3 months. I found the culture to be excellent. The team members I've met have been very open to change and willing to do the right thing. I also found the company appreciates and trusts their employees. As a contractor, I did not receive all of the benefits of the employees. However, I still felt the company's values through how the employees respect the company."
