"Study beforehand, and be honest and down to earth at the interview. Also, don't tell me I'm interviewing you incorrectly. If what I say is technically wrong, tell me, and be ready to explain to me or argue with me why that is."
What don't you like about working at Google?
"I wish our interview candidates are better than they are."

"I have absolutely no desire to run the show. So the things I do differently would probably be things I do worse. Much worse."
