"It's a job. Your compensation package will be very poor compared to other company's. You will need to fend for yourself, with little or no support."

What don't you like about working at Goodwill?

"The company is poorly managed. Getting service and needs met is at best a joke. Lost paper work. No support from upper management. Tech support is very poor."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire some one competent to do the job. The current management has no clue what they are doing. And in fact are frequently to stoned to even send a readable email ."
