"Hold people accountable for their actions or inactions. Support your nurses, listen to what we have to say, and do something about the problems we bring forth. Hire competent staff."

"I would make sure that people who climb up high on the sucess ladder remain humble and care about everyone below them. They should know that they are no better than anyone else."

"Helping people. I really thought I wanted to do premed but I began to think do I really want to do this. Doctors are not necessarily that connected with their patients. Being a doctor requires a lot of your time, and I want to be able to be involved with my family. I need a balance between work and family and whatever else I want to do as a hobby."

"If you are fine putting your family and life on hold for longer hours then you'll be fine."

"Working long shifts and wanting more of a balance out of life."

"I think it is always important for those high on the success ladder to remain humble about their position. I think one must be in touch with their employees, and want what is best for everyone. The big exeuctive shouldn't think they are better than anyone else."
