"The tip I have would be that you need to have a interest in the golf industry because you are around it all day and there is a lot of knowledge that goes into being able to sell the products."
What don't you like about working at Golf Galaxy?
"I believe that the pay could be a little higher sometimes because of how busy I am at some points of the day and it doesn't feel like I'm compensated enough for the hard work I put in."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The biggest suggestion that I would have is to manage the schedule a little better because sometimes we need more people working during busy times so customers don't leave unhappy and a sale being lost."
