"Goldman Sachs is a 150 year old investment bank, so it's awesome when you get hired; but internal mobility is near impossible as there a lot of corporate politics. But if you can make it through all that, there are good benefits (401k, 4 weeks of paternity leave, 9 sick days,etc.)."

It’s a great place to get your footing in your career. They also have very great benefits. It’s one of the biggest companies in Utah to work for. The one downside is that its downtown and parking is very stressful. Work-life balance could be better. Plenty of options to move within the firm. Very controlled environment. Everything is very regulated and competitive."
