Golding Farms Foods Employee

"I’ve work at Golding farms almost 2 years. The pay is good. Communication sucks and managers are not given the opportunity to manage. Manufacturing suffers in production due to the lack of skilled laborers. New management is starting to turn the culture around, but obstacles still exist due to unbroken alliances of old employees. The company is not diverse."
