"The coding position is not clearly defined. Management is very new and allow other managers from different departments to implement job assignments which has nothing to do with coding. What they really want is an internal auditor but instead of creating a separate position for that they pile that work duty on the regular coder who has plenty of jobs to keep up with. The company also doesn't compensate for the coder doing both job coding and coding compliance auditor."
