"I do not recommend anyone working here. They do not have good management and they do not pay you very well unless you have been there 10 plus years. When things get tight the first thing they do is take from our pay. The route bidding is very unorganized and you will sit home for about 4 days a week not getting paid even after 4,5,6,7 years there because they let the top 27 (I don't know how they picked that number but there are about 90 drivers) drivers build their own routes and that leaves the rest of us to pick through the leftovers."

"By far the worse company I have ever worked for. There is no consistency and they mess with your pay so regularly that you never know week to week if you can cover your bills. Management absolutely does not care and you will never advance. You will never see a penny raise until you have been there over 10 years. As a matter of fact on our latest 'pay lowering' route bid I took a $20000 a year pay cut. That is not an exaggeration. I literally can't pay my mortgage this month and there's no explanation for it!"
