"When I was working for a company what I like is to be able to help someone when they asked me for help. Be able work in teams to brainstorm new ideal with other."

"Stay positive within yourself as you are in the interview. Its ok to tell the person that is given the interview that you are looking forward on working with the company."
What don't you like about working at Golden Living Center?
"When someone is working on project and the you have one day to have it done. That doses not help the project to get done. I lke to have more time to work on that project."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestions is that be open minded to the employess as they are working for them as manager we are doing our best for the company."
