"Stay positive within yourself as you are in the interview. Its ok to tell the person that is given the interview that you are looking forward on working with the company."
What don't you like about working at Golden Living Center?
"When someone is working on project and the you have one day to have it done. That doses not help the project to get done. I lke to have more time to work on that project."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestions is that be open minded to the employess as they are working for them as manager we are doing our best for the company."

"Yes, I do. Do not believe what you are told in the interview."

"The corporation did not supply us with the needed equipment to properly care for the clients."

"Management during the day is over whelming usually you find most managers standing around talking to each other about something besides work."
"Over stressed and Under staffed. All they want is a lot of money for as little as they can invest as possible."

"Not much to like about the company. Promised training never happened. Very cheap employer.... it's their bottom line, not yours, they worry about."

"Be prepared for a short career here. Once you get a job here, keep looking for work elsewhere because you are going to need it. This company eats through employees and spits them out used up and exhausted faster than any other company I have ever seen,"
What don't you like about working at Golden Living Center?
"The stress level was horrible. Everyone feared for their jobs. Training was pathetic. Classic set-up for failure. Saw many good people destroyed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't short-staff your facilities. You end up paying so much more in retraining, low accreditation marks, and well earned fines if you were willing to put more people on the floors and in the offices... and then spend the time really training them."

"Dont work there if they still have the Executive Director that was installed before I left. Other than that its a great place to work."

"The Executive Director who was there when I left was completely incompetent. Also corporate management was completely oblivious to what happened at a home level."

"Get a new Executive Director who is competent"
"Several Reductions In Force, all coming right before Thanksgiving, leading up to the sale of the company, an those issues are still being worked-out."

"Don't. Just don't until sweeping reform takes place, there is no security and less loyalty."
