"Be ready to be involved in a very relaxed business enviornment. Lax on dress code within the office, and easy communication between some of the staff and lower employees."

What don't you like about working at Gold Bond?

"There are not sufficient chances to be promoted or chances to oppurtunties to become cross trained in other areas."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve communication between office departments, such as between marketing, and to other departmetns such as art and samples."
