"The position of a Sr Benefits Consultant can be very profitable during the annual enrollment period and open enrollment period, however by the end of February there aren't many opportunities to talk to customers and close deals. I do enjoy all the spiffs and promotions the company puts out to incentivize its employees, however right now we are finding ourselves just sitting waiting for leads to come in. This is a good job between October and February, and you can make a lot of money."
