"Fighting the traffic to get to work. Contractor status, no benefits, no rewards and/or recognition like the regular employees. The feeling of being an outsider based on the climate of conversations made by the regular employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None. They'll never actively listen to, or consider the comments and/or suggestions made by a contractor anyways."
