What don't you like about working at General Motors?

"Due to the size of the corporation, sometimes key pricing decisions were delayed as all the approvals were not in place to launch a product/program. This delayed the launch on the required date, hence losing out replying to the market/distributor needs for important tenders."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The executive staff was approached and made to understand that these delays ultimately made us lose out on shelf space/market share. They agreed and appointed key managers who could be approached when such situations arose in their absence."
