"Good people work there. It isn't a horrible place to work. The majority of the employees are quiet, respectful, friendly, helpful, and generally a pleasure to be around. The work is pretty easy. The lack of modernization means an abundance of non-value add tasks, a lot of redundancy, and lot of "by hand." Though this will inevitably change. If you are looking for a company where you can be exposed to the entire process, you can here. If you like to mix life up and be a traveling superintendent or a local assistant PM, you can do that. It is overall a good company, but the hollering, cursing and disrespect of a few makes it difficult to tolerate. If you have career goals that you are trying to reach, it may be worth dealing with as the owner will help you to get there."
