"I worked for GlobalLogic for 6 years in both offshore and US locations. The quality of work greatly depends on the project. If this is corporate level position (not project related) - you have a big growth opportunity, freedom to try new ideas, etc. However if you are assigned to the particular project, you become part of the customer team more than part of GlobalLogic team (especially with the onsite assignment), so work quality becomes depending on the customer you are with."
