"GlobalData is a good company and I've worked with a lot of brilliant professionals in my time here. They are flexible and accommodating of COVID-19 and value employees safety. North America employees in my department - and the other departments I work with - will struggle to see any career growth internally. My role also pays well under the average for the title and the benefits package is pretty subpar - I use my wife's benefits rather than partake."
