"I worked for Global Relay from June to November. The company has high standards and wants only the best. They have a clear agenda of what they want and what goals they want to reach. The executives are very nice people and very down-to-earth. They greatly appreciate their co-workers by offering them a number of freebies such as gourmet lunches, free beer, and various mixer events. It was a pleasure to work with them."

What don't you like about working at Global Relay Communications?

"worst leadership management I ever seen in all my career- Huge ego from leadership team- you'll not be listened- CEO wants to control everything- bad overall direction- leadership people (ceo-president) treat people like dogs- they surf on a waive of financial banking stuff because they deal with US customers so here in canada we have rules about privacy that doesn't allow us government to ask for data (or takes year to reach them)- no interest on employee- they prefer to sign 5 years commitment on Gastown GranPrix than giving a bonus to their employee- Huge turnover, I never seen that in IT company. - Even the big recruiting firms has refused to recruit for them because of the high staff turnover- Really bad reputation in IT industry in Vancouver- Lack of management experience and skills from CEO and presidentworst yet, it is a dictatorship environment where no one is trusted, listened or empowered to succeed. If you like to be a developer , stay away from this company. It was the worst experience in my career but I learned a lot at some points from good peoples. They are surfing on a wave of Financial security archiving for banks and jerks like that."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"hire real managersTurn off your EGO, ARROGANCE and SUPERIORITY (I know everything behavior)"
