"The opportunities for career coaching and advancement inside an organization of this size is lacking. Especially for associates who are assigned to client accounts. It eventually feels as if you are on an island that you will never be rescued from."

"Look to the successful BTO accounts for high performing individuals. These individuals have proven their ability to adapt and generate success for the accounts. Opportunities for advancement for these individuals would reduce the overall employee turnover."
