"in the beginning 2.5 years ago everything, they had changed the complete structure of the company including cutting pay"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you can stay away they will not treat you with respect , and use you any way possible, overworking you, lots of people having Heart attacks there from the stress this company puts on them, while the boss sits in the office and gets fatter by the day"

What don't you like about working at Global Geophysical Services?

"lots of politics, no growth for a women, lots of sexual harassment, 14-16 hour days, to much work not enough pay, I put a lot of work and loyalty in my job only to see when I quit my job no one even called to see if I would stay or why I was leaving the company, very controlling environment, did not get 1 raise in almost 2 years but the but more and more work on us."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"listen to the little guy, they have good ideas what is wrong with this company, don't support only the big Managers etc and stuff all that money in there pockets, but take it away from the small guys, without them there is no job!!!"
