"It is difficult, un-moving, Korean centric, and sexist."

What do you like about working at Samsung?

"It can lead to some good trips or events locally and internationally."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do not go for one. You will be run into the ground if you have ideas. You will never be as good as a Korean."

What don't you like about working at Samsung?

"There is no trust, and Ex Pats from Korea are always treated better. Systems from Korea that clearly do not work are used because it is from HQ and it works there for the drones."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Integrate with companies outside Korea. Try employing women in senior positions. Try promoting internally, not just bringing in another ex-consultant every time."

"Avery RIS division sells primarly to the apparel industry and since they are already selling to all of the medium and large retailers and brands you don't have the ability to grow your account base only through existing customers."

"Need to become more aware of what is going on on the street as they mostly are looking at everything through the lense of 50,000 feet."

"Ask a lot of questions regarding turn-over, resources assignments, and how they capture and market their past successes."

What don't you like about working at Jefferson Wells International?

"They do not have a professional regard for selling, although they talk a good game and will even provide solution selling training, they just do not have the management to execute on the training or to reinforce it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Change your comp plan so it does not penalize the seller if s/he happens to have a good year. Backup your approach to selling by instilling local management with the same ideas and principles needed for success."

"The weekly and sometimes daily forecasting calls. One Dell employee can not sell to another."

"Let your sales people succeed and fail on their own. Cut down on the forecasting calls."
