Gleeds Employee

"For almost a year with Gleeds USA- NYC, It has been quite a challenging to work with company that doesn't have a solid leadership and professionalism. The brand/ badge that is being carried over from UK doesn't mean anything and very deceiving as it has no tie to UK at all; except some protocols and staffing. Also to all US Citizen and US Permanent Residents, please be mindful about this kind of company. They are looking into every opportunity to keep/ take your job away to UK staffs that are being imported from UK. They will keep you to do all leg work for them because the UK staffs have no clues about NYC/ Tri States area market and they will exhaust you til you can't take it. No room to grow for local US staffs for cost management side. Don't risk yourself being involved with the company that is violating our US immigration and labor laws. The UK staffs are here under E2 visa; Business/ Consultant visa which they are not supposed to receive a compensation under payroll as well as any other benefits with the company but they all do. They will continue to renew this visa every 5 years which mean that they can always continue holding the jobs here or continue taking jobs away from you! The worst part is the president of NYC office who is American but allowing that to happened which is very disappointing!"
