"Many of the leads are non-professional and form little cliques with their favorite workers and abuse their authority with the other workers (favoritism)"

"Some management should have un-announced visits to the work location and see how work and their employees are being handled also regular performance reviews should be held with all employees and leads"

"Toward the end, you could not depend on how often you would work. It was a challenge getting assignments on Saturday and flying out on Sunday."
