"I've worked for GKN Aerospace for 14 years since they purchased Boeing's machining center. In the recent years the company has been having trust issues with their employees. You are no more than a number to them and you personal life is of no concern. For many of the workers, they are forced to work seven days a week with no gratitude. The place has a revolving door on the front of it to keep up with all those leaving and the new ones making a temporary stop till a better job offer comes also."
